Laos is not a country that thrives on tourism but peaceful
beauty here is a unique attraction for tourists . In Luang Prabang is a
favorite highlight of anyone coming to the country a million elephant.
Luang was the capital of the Kingdom of Laos from the 14th
century to 1975 . Currently Luang Prabang provincial city and the capital of
Laos recognized by UNESCO as world cultural heritage . The Vientiane Luang
Prabang is located 425km north of the Mekong River .
What attracts tourists to Luang Prabang is the peaceful
beauty of the landscape , architecture and daily life here . The monks dressed
in orange walking through a long line through the ancient streets early in the
morning is probably the most characteristic image of Luang Prabang . Each
tourists coming here trying to get up early to watch the picture is both
peaceful and idyllic , and want once knelt roadside same people who bring food
, candy for the monks .

highest temple , therefore in Luang Prabang has many ancient temples with
beautiful architecture is well-preserved . And the temple is the place not to

Hiring a bike , you can wander through the old town with the
the porch flowers, stopping at secluded café side of the road or street markets
toad , night market which sells a lot of craft items characteristic of Laos .
Here you will also not see the shadow of beggars or street vendors unsettled
and bother tourists . And just wander around , you will feel the most peaceful
beauty of this city .

A favorite place of tourists can not forget that sunset on
Mount Phou Si . From here , you can be closer to eye level to watch the sun
slowly set down the Mekong and a panoramic view of the ancient imperial city of
peace in the sunset .
